  • Self-Managed Abortion Info Hub: A dedicated hub for self-managed abortion information from the Reproductive Justice Collective NY and NYC for Abortion Rights. 

  • Still Open Clinics: A database of former abortion clinics in restricted states that are now providing ultrasounds and after-abortion care.

  • Title X Clinics: A resource for free + confidential emergency contraception, birth control, and family planning services. 

  • NYC Family Planning Benefit Program: A resource for free, confidential sexual and reproductive health services.

  • Juniper Midwifery: Medication abortion by mail in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, California, Colorado & New Mexico, provided by midwives.

  • Abortion on Demand: Telehealth abortion provider available in New York and 21 other states that works with many abortion funds to help cover costs.

  • Brigid Alliance: A practical support organization that coordinates and funds travel, lodging, child care, and other logistical support for those 15+ weeks pregnant who must travel to access abortion care.

  • Exhale Pro-Voice: A confidential after-abortion textline for people who want emotional support. Text them at 617-749-2948 on weekdays from 3-9pm PT, Saturdays from 1-9pm PT, or Sundays from 3-7pm PT.

  • Faith Aloud Clergy Counseling Line: A hotline for people who are considering and making pregnancy decisions to discuss their options with unbiased faith leaders. Call them at 1-888-717-5010 on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays from 11am-2pm and 3pm-6pm ET.

  • Miscarriage and Abortion Hotline: Licensed healthcare providers are available to answer medical questions during your miscarriage or abortion from 5am-11pm PT/8am-2am ET. Call at 1-833-246-2632.

  • New York State Coalition Against Domestic Violence's 24-Hour Domestic & Sexual Violence Hotline: Call the English hotline at 1-800-942-6906. Call the Spanish hotline at 1-800-942-6908. 

  • New York City Gay and Lesbian Anti-Violence Project (AVP) hotline: Call 1-212-714-1141 for support.

  • Reprocare Healthline: A nonjudgmental, peer-based hotline and textline for information, support, and resources for people taking abortion pills at home. Call or text them at 1-833-226-7821 7 days a week from 9am-9pm PT/8am-8pm CT/6am-6pm ET.

  • Repro Legal Helpline: Contact to reach a free, confidential helpline where you can get information about your legal rights regarding self-managed abortion. Leave a message at 844-868-2812 for a call back or send a secure message on their website.

  • Trans Lifeline: A trans-led peer support hotline. Call them 24/7 at US 877-565-8860.

Doula Organizations

  • Ancient Song Doula Services (National): National birth justice organization working to eliminate maternal and infant mortality and morbidity among Black and Latinx people. They provide doula training and services, offer community education, and advocate for policy change to support reproductive and birth justice.

  • Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings (National): A Black-owned and queer-run doula training organization.

  • Bx (Re)Birth and Progress Collective (New York): Reproductive and birth justice collective comprised of experienced doulas, midwives, and lactation counselors.

  • Caribbean Women’s Health Association (New York): CWHA seeks to assist in the reduction of infant mortality and improve maternal and infant health outcomes and health disparities through community-based activities in neighborhoods disproportionately affected by poor birth, infant, and health outcomes.

  • DOPO (International): An international training program for abortion companions.

  • The Doula Project (New York): Organization that provides free compassionate care and emotional, physical, and informational support to people across the spectrum of pregnancy.

  • Transformative Doula Collective (New York and Chicago): A volunteer-led community doula collective focused on providing care and companionship for people impacted by incarceration.
